	Mechanical Design Manager : Bangalore
Education :	BE / ME in Mechanical stream.
Experience :	5 + years in ISO Co./ Design houses, should have handled Design teams.
Professional attributes:	Study of specifications and evolve concepts and designs for proposals, projects and products – provide mechanical design leadership Steer and lead modeling, preliminary design & analysis, detailed design, drafting, assembly drawings and all associated documentation Preparation of process documents Provide inputs for quality assurance of mechanical items Issue and control of drawings, process documents New product development and its validation Interaction with customers/ Quality and Product Support Managers for resolving quality related issues Plan manpower allocation and its monitoring. Implement, maintain and improve QMS Skill set: Pro E 2 or 3, Wildfire. Also ANSYS/Flotherm/Icepack analysis skills highly desirable
His authorities are:	New product development and mechanical design release. Can approve process documents Reports to the General Manager.
Soft skills:	Leadership, team player Excellent communication skills – written and spoken

Education :	Diploma in Electrical ( Electrical Engineering ).
Experience :	2 - 5 yrs.Prior Experience in Aerospace / Electro Mechanical Manufacturing / Qualification Companies is preferred.
Requirements :	Testing of Electronic Components & Products Coordinating with test agencies and carry out Qualification Test. Preparation of Test Documents Interfacing with customers for clearance of Documents & Qualification Testing.
