Product Support:

Alligator guarantees that every product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and conforms to Alligator’s stringent specifications.

Alligator warranty period starts from the date of completion of the Factor Acceptance Test (FAT)/delivery. If a product does not function as warranted during the standard warranty period or during the extended warranty period, Alligator will repair or replace the parts without any additional cost. Replacement parts will assume the remaining warranty of the parts replaced.

Alligator’s warranty is voided if the product is damaged due to accident or abuse. The warranty is voided if the product is shipped to factory for repair with insufficient packaging.

Alligator offers 1 year warranty for all its products. An extended warranty on completion of warranty period of 1 year can be availed at an extra cost.

Customers can choose from our four warranty as additional warranty:
Alligator’s standard warranty / extended warranty / preferred warranty / on-site warranty

RMA Policy:

Customers wishing to return material to Alligator Designs for any reason must contact the company and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the material. This includes In Warranty, Out of Warranty and evaluation materials being return shipped to Alligator Designs.
